Terms of Service

Bookings are confirmed upon payment. Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments. All prices are in CAD.

• Accepted methods: major credit cards, Interac e-Transfer, and ACH. Invoices include applicable provincial taxes (GST/HST/PST as applicable).
• Security deposits may be required for certain equipment; refundable after inspection within 5 business days.
• Rate cards exclude third-party services (e.g., catering, talent). Such items are billed at cost plus 10% handling.
• Overtime beyond 10 minutes is rounded up to the next 30-minute block.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the session. Within 48 hours, 50% fee applies; within 24 hours, 100% fee applies.

• Rescheduling once, subject to availability, is free if requested 48+ hours prior to booking start.
• No-shows are charged 100% of the booking fee plus confirmed third-party costs.
• Weather delays: indoor studio bookings proceed as scheduled. Force majeure events are handled case-by-case in good faith.

No smoking or open flames. Please respect noise limits and building access policies.

• Access is limited to registered crew and guests; government-issued photo ID may be required at entry.
• Protect floors/walls when rigging. Adhesives, paints, confetti, or hazardous materials are prohibited without written approval.
• Return the studio to its original condition. Cleaning fees may apply if excessive waste is left behind.
• Use of our power distribution must follow ratings; unauthorized rewiring or overloading is prohibited.

Lessee is responsible for damages caused by their crew or guests. We maintain general liability coverage.

• Lessee indemnifies and holds IncomePulse and building management harmless from claims arising from their activities, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence.
• Equipment loss/theft is the Lessee’s responsibility during the booking period.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits or interruption of business.

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province where the studio is rented.

• Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the courts of the applicable province or territory, with venue in the city where the studio is located.
• If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
